I was in this hotel for the eighth time. Everything is still at a good level. Nice sunrise view.

The reception taxi offer of 450 funds to the old town was inadequate When leaving the hotel 100 meters, the normal price is 150.00 funds.

The waterpark was great. Some Of the slides were heated and the kids waterpark park was heated so the kids really enjoyed it.

The food for dinner and breakfast is repetitive. After few days u get bored with it.

This is a great hotel - just don’t eat here.

The location, the sea view from our very nice room, the pools, and the very friendly and helpful staff were all just excellent. We came here to dive and I cannot praise enough the on-site diving centre Dive In - extremely friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended - except for the food, see below.

The food was universally dreadful. Admittedly, we come from France but seriously, the food here was catastrophic !! Imagine: the Calamari Restaurant during the day does NOT serve fish !!! Says it all - they have no clue !!! And please; Clean the hood above where you serve eggs and omelette - it hasn’t been cleaned since you opened and there’s grease sliding down a hair attached to the sprinkler head and accumulated grease running down the sides - and all this is visible to everyone !!! This is outrageous and a collective problem from management to server - cleanliness is primordial, then get to work on providing some comestible food !! Fortunately we had a car and we discovered a fantastic, authentic and very cheap Egyptian restaurant just 5 minutes away: Al Arafa

We stayed 2 nights before driving to St. Catherine and Mt. Sinai and we liked our stay in the hotel

The hotel was perfect, breakfast, room, pool. We didn't visit restaurants. Just if you need snorkeling, corals and fishes, I know about better places (but the hotel has a diving school that seems to be quite competent).

Breakfast was included and was good with omelettes.made to order. View overlooked the Red Sea.

Not 5 star staff

The resort itself was beautiful, we paid a little more and got one of the best rooms with a sea view the grounds were immaculate and the beach was beautiful with a gorgeous reef as soon as your feet entered the water.

My only issue was with the a la carte and the resort manager. Our last night we wanted to experience the sea food of the Red Sea, we went to calamari restaurant at 7:00 and were not shown the menu and brought right to the ice table with all the fresh sea food appetizers that were priced by weight. We chose shrimp calamari and eel and asked our waiter for the price five times which he said he would bring to us when he came to take our drink order. He came to our table 20 minutes later and told us the price would be 1000 Egyptian pounds or 70 Canadian dollars, we asked to see the menu to compare prices - shrimp and calamari were only 60/65 Egyptian pounds so two appetizers on the menu were 9 dollars Canadian. We told him we would go with the sea food appetizers on the menu and he said “too late, we’re already cooking it” we reminded him that we had not agreed to the dishes and that we had asked for the price first he walked away and removed the eel off the price which reduced it to 40 dollars Canadian. What we received for 40 dollars was maybe one plate of calamari and 8 shrimp, when we could have paid 9 for a plate of calamari and 4 shrimp. We got our food after waiting quite some time and ate it and waited for him to come back with the entree menu, we waited over half an hour for him to come to our table there were only 3 other tables in restaurant at this time. As it was approaching 9 pm and we had only had our appetizers we got the cheque and left. I have stayed at numerous resorts and a la cartes have taken maximum 2 hours to go through I’m not sure how long this one would have taken. When we checked out the next day and it was time to pay we asked to speak to someone about the dinner. This was at 1:15 we waited over one hour for the manager to come and speak with us.

Enjoyable Holiday

The hotel staff was perfect! Especially I want to thank to Mrs. Lada Goldobina, she helped me to make a surprise for my boy friend and interested with us too much. Also, Oasis Spa staff was very good and massage that we had is also so relexing. All hotel staff helped and supported us at any time we wanted. Hotel's location is one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh, you can see the corals even when you are fordable side of the sea.

The rooms are wide and big but old and the meal's were not as we expected.

Amazing

Everything!!! Staff were incredible. View was to die for, Personal beach is just magical, clear waters amazing corals, beautiful fish everywhere. Pool area had lovely sitting/music entertainment Table tennis next to the pool Gym was good.

Internet wasn't included, we had to pay extra to get internet in our room. Free wifi is only at the reception.

No Value for money.poor Customer Service from reception that always give you a wrong or incomplete information . Most bars close too early and bartenders tend to Serve you with a delayed or unwelcoming attitude . Hotel have a coral beach with very small area to snorkel around the coral and will not be convenient for snorkling in high Current. I would advise any one to look for other hotels in this area or near by area like Iberotel palace that would compete to provide a better Service than Reinessance

Lovely room. Ok beach. Again service was poor

Ive stayed in 15 hotels in sharm over the years. This hotel had the worst food out of all. Queing up for eggs when everyone wants eggs is not acceptable. For omelettes yes but one should not have to que for fried or scrambles eggs. Those should be in the buffet. The food choice was very poor especially at dinner. The service was the worst ive ever experienced in the dining room. Waiters ignoring us. Telling us they will bring us some tea at breakfast then not comming back. No cutlery on the table. I tried to get my own tea and cutlery and as i was looking for it the waiter told me that he would bring it. Well it never came. I asked another waiter for tea. He bought me coffee. I asked another waiter for tea. He bought me hot milk! I then complained to the manager and suddenly one of the waiters looked after us. We only wanted tea with our breakfast and cutlery. Not much to ask. He made sure we had those things every day after that. We gave him a big tip.☺
